Mail service should be privatized by a company that knows how to solve problems and get the job done. Problem is, if Congress has anything to do with it they would put in so many of their own stipulations that nothing would ever get done. Like you said, just cut it loose. People like UPS and FedEx can do it. Maybe even WallMart -- They had the best organized relief for hurricane Katrina of any group. You are absolutely right.
