I have come across a cool service via Everclear’s MySpace page, it’s called Swag Bucks. Swag Bucks allows you to sign up and earn their online currency just for searching using their website or browser add-on.
The best part is that the search results are that of Google and Ask.com, so the websites displayed are relevent. You also have the ability to brand your Swag Search with a variety of different musicians including Maroon 5, Akon, Sum 41 and more. Each artisit offers their own special prizes that you can buy with your Swag Bucks earned from their respective search site. I am saving up for an autographed Everclear picture right now.
You can also earn Swag Bucks by referring your friends, shopping at many online merchants in the Swag Store and even by recycling your old cell phone or mp3 player. There is currently a contest running for a Nintendo Wii sponsored by VPgames.com and every Swag Buck you earn gets you an entry until September 15.

I just came across it a couple months ago myself Shaun and it’s the best! Make sure to invite friends(as you already know) so you can increase your rate of swag buck growth. After two months and about 12 friends I’m already over 500 swag bucks and Madden 09 is on it’s way! Happy Searching!
@Tony – Yeah it really is great. I will be writing another post soon when I receive my autographed Everclear photo in the mail. It’s hard to believe I’ve only been using Swag Bucks for a couple of weeks and it’s already paying off.
