The TEAM is fighting back against Quixtar’s for what I imagine is the slanderous blog posts and e-mails they’ve been sending by petitioning for a restraining order against the network marketing giant. Afterall, why is it fair that Quixtar can continue to blast away at TEAM, but they are not entitled to defend themselves? The hearing has been moved to Wednesday August 21 in a Grand Rapids, Michigan court. Every Quixtar/Amway Independent Business Owner will be awaiting every word that the court has to say regarding the pending restraining orders and any insight into the class action lawsuit itself.
