One of the revenue generating programs I use on some of my other sites is Adversal. The payout rates differ based on the country of origin of your visitors and the content quality of your website. Your compensation can be as high as $1.20 per 1000 impressions, which according to their stats equates to approximately $6 per 1000 unique visits. My payout is currently at 93 cents per 1000 impressions and I have been paid through this program on time. Adversal offers pop-under and pop-up advertising.

Adversal also gives you the option of earning income with popups when the user first visits your site, also any page that the code is on will generate a pop-under upon an internal link click. These pop-unders have proven very effective for high volume sites such as myspace resource sites which are being frowned upon by Adsense and YPN. My conversion rates on myspace sites were terrible enough that I removed Adsense and YPN from them to avoid getting my accounts removed and have since relied on CPM banners and pop-unders.
